NI-SURFACES PRODUCTION

The production line employs inkjet printing and penetration technology, enhancing its flexibility in crafting intricate and visually appealing patterns.

It is capable of printing multi-colored designs, adapting seamlessly to various production demands.

The production line is compatible with traditional quartz powder, low-carbon materials, and even zero-silica materials.

01

Material Preparation

  • Quartz Powder: High-purity quartz powder is selected and prepared.

  • Binder: A suitable resin or binder is mixed with the quartz powder to ensure cohesion and durability.

  • Additives: Pigments, stabilizers, and other additives are mixed in to enhance the properties of the final product.

02

Mixing

The quartz powder, binder, and additives are thoroughly mixed in a high-shear mixer to achieve a homogeneous mixture.

03

Forming

  • Molding: The mixture is poured into molds to form slabs of the desired size and thickness.

  • Compression: The slabs are subjected to a vacuum and then compressed using a high-pressure press to remove air bubbles and ensure a dense, uniform structure.

04

Curing

The compressed slabs are cured in an oven or under UV light to harden the binder and lock the quartz particles in place.

05

Surface Preparation

  • The surface of the cured slabs is polished to achieve a smooth and even finish.

  • Any surface irregularities are corrected through grinding and polishing.

  • Sanitizing and heat the slab to a temperature suitable for printing.

06

Inkjet Printing

  • Design Creation: Complex and beautiful patterns are designed using specialized software.

  • Inkjet Printing: The designs are printed onto the quartz slabs using advanced inkjet printing technology, allowing for precise and multi-colored patterns. The ink penetrates the surface to ensure durability and resistance to wear.

07

Penetration

The printed slabs undergo a penetration process to ensure the ink is deeply embedded into the quartz surface, enhancing the longevity of the patterns.

08

Surace Treatment

  • Stain Repellent Layer: Apply a stain repellent layer to the top of the slab.

  • Temperature Control:Reduce the slab's temperature to 15 degrees Celsius.

Finishing

  • Quality Inspection: The printed quartz slabs undergo a rigorous quality inspection to ensure they meet the required standards for color, pattern accuracy, and structural integrity.

  • Trimming: Edges are trimmed and finished to the desired specifications.

  • Packaging and Shipping: The finished quartz slabs are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
