Material Preparation

Quartz Powder: High-purity quartz powder is selected and prepared.
Binder: A suitable resin or binder is mixed with the quartz powder to ensure cohesion and durability.
Additives: Pigments, stabilizers, and other additives are mixed in to enhance the properties of the final product.

Mixing

The quartz powder, binder, and additives are thoroughly mixed in a high-shear mixer to achieve a homogeneous mixture.

Forming

Molding: The mixture is poured into molds to form slabs of the desired size and thickness.

Curing

Surface Preparation

Temperature Control:Reduce the slab's temperature to 15 degrees Celsius.

Finishing

Quality Inspection: The printed quartz slabs undergo a rigorous quality inspection to ensure they meet the required standards for color, pattern accuracy, and structural integrity.
Trimming: Edges are trimmed and finished to the desired specifications.
Packaging and Shipping: The finished quartz slabs are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
