FABRICATION TIPS
To achieve optimal results and prevent customer dissatisfaction, we strongly urge our fabricators to adhere to our fabrication tips.
In rare instances where following the tips is not feasible, please contact us prior to fabrication/installation.
It's essential to note that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the invalidation of the warranty.

Always and always inspect the slabs for visual imperfection before cutting.

To prevent the concentration of stress in the corner, it is necessary to have a seam or a minimum inside corner radius of 1/2'' for L-shaped corners.

As the pattern is printed directly onto the quartz surface, it's essential that all edges are mitered unless a solid color edge is the desired aesthetic.

While the nano-ink incorporates UV light protection features, it is important to note that our nano-ink surfaces should not be utilized outdoors.

Our nano-ink surfaces are designed to endure temperatures of up to 120 degrees Celsius. Considering that a fireplace can generate heat exceeding this tolerance, we recommend against utilizing non-ink surfaces for such applications unless the insulator can effectively reduce the temperature below 120 degrees Celsius.

Store the outer slabs in each rack/frame with their backs facing outwards, so that the polished/textured surface is not exposed for any potential damages.
